A rice cooker is a must for tender brown rice, plus my SECRET ingredient for great jasmine rice is using (2:1) water to canned coconut milk, which is just enough that it doesn’t taste all coconutty, and not that that’s bad, because I love coconut! Instead, it’s just enough so the rice has a beautiful texture, it’s fluffy, and tastes delightful. It’s the BEST!
